ORANGE PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops (center cut)
Salt, pepper & paprika
2-4 tbsp. water
5 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
10 whole cloves
1/2 c. orange juice
4 orange slices

Salt, pepper and paprika pork chops. Brown; then simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender. Add other ingredients together and cook until clear and thick. Pour over chops. Garnish with orange slices.
