ORANGE PORK CHOPS 
1/4 c. crushed corn flakes
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tbsp. water
1/4 c. butter
4 pork chops
1 tsp. orange rind
1/4 c. orange juice
1 egg

In shallow dish, combine corn flakes, salt and pepper. Beat egg and add water. Melt butter in oven-proof skillet. Dip pork chops in egg mixture and then corn flakes mixture. Brown pork chops on both sides. Sprinkle pork chops with orange rind. Pour orange juice over pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until pork chops are tender. May need to pour more orange juice over pork chops. Serves 2-4 people.
