PORK CHOPS AND MACARONI 
7 oz. pkg. macaroni, uncooked (2 c.)
6 pork chops
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. vegetables oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
2 (1 lb. each) cans tomatoes, cut up
2 tbsp. tomato catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Prepare macaroni; drain. Coat chops with flour, salt, paprika, pepper and nutmeg mixture. Brown pork chops in oil until almost done. Remove from pan. Saute onion and green pepper. Drain excess fat; add tomatoes with liquid, catsup, salt, basil, pepper and garlic. Bring to a boil. Mix macaroni with tomato mixture. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Arrange pork chops on top. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. This makes a very large dish.
