PORK CHOPS AND MACARONI | |
8 pork chops 8 oz. box elbow macaroni, cooked as directed on pkg. 1 tbsp. soy sauce 6 oz. tomato catsup Set oven at 400 degrees. Put chops in baking dish large enough that chops can fry on each side. Bake about 20 minutes or until chops seem done. Pour most of liquid from dish. Cover chops with cooked macaroni. Mix soy sauce and catsup; pour over macaroni. Return to oven for about 15 minutes. Serves 8. |
