PISTACHIO JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
1 c. Cool Whip
1 lg. can pineapple chunks or tidbits with juice
1 c. sliced almonds
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, sliced

Mix together dry pudding mix and Cool Whip. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into a bowl. Put in refrigerator until chilled. Serves 4 to 6.
