PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 pt. creamed cottage cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 sm. pkg. dry pistachio pudding mix
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. broken nuts, optional

Mix well first 3 ingredients. Then add remaining ingredients. Fruit cocktail may be used in place of pineapple. Add green food coloring for a more colorful salad. Top with maraschino cherries if desired. Refrigerate a few hours.

This can be frozen.
