1 box yellow cake mix
1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 box pistachio pudding
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. water

Grease and flour bundt pan. Sprinkle with pecans. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips. Stir in chips. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
