PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
5 eggs
1 box pistachio instant pudding mix
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can Hershey's syrup
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine first 7 ingredients. Heat 2 minutes. Take 1/2 cup batter and mix with cup syrup. Grease and flour tube pan, then sprinkle the nuts and chocolate chips in bottom of pan, then pour remaining batter on top of nuts, then swirl the chocolate batter on top with knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done when tested with toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
