MARSHMALLOW FRUIT DIP 
1 tbsp. grated orange rind, divided
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. lemon juice

Set aside 1 teaspoon orange rind. Combine remaining orange rind and next 5 ingredients in a bowl; beat at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth and blended. Spoon into serving container and sprinkle with reserved orange rind. Serve with assorted fresh fruit.
