BEEF AND NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 tbsp. butter 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 c. green pepper, chopped 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 cans cream of tomato soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 pkg. (10 oz.) wide noodles, cooked and drained In large skillet brown beef; remove beef and drain fat. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Saute onion and pepper until tender. Add beef, Worcestershire sauce, noodles, and soups; mix well. Spoon into greased casserole (3 quart) top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings. |
