BEST EVER YEAST BISCUITS 
5 c. self-rising flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. Crisco
1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water

Mix sugar with flour. Cut in shortening. Add yeast mixture and buttermilk. Knead, roll out, cut, and let rise 5 minutes before baking at 475 degrees about 15 minutes until brown. (May keep extra dough in refrigerator for later use.)
