CORN CUSTARD | |
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn 1 tbsp. plain flour 2 eggs, well beaten 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/3 c. homogenized milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar Mix all ingredients well and pour in a well greased Pyrex 8"x8" baking dish. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until firm in pan to touch or it starts to brown a little on the top. This will freeze very well after it is cooked. |
