9 c. Chex cereal (wheat, rice or corn)
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Place cereal in large bowl. Set aside. In small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter until smooth, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.

Pour over cereal, stirring until all pieces are well coated. Place cereal mix and powdered sugar in large resealable plastic bag or bowl with cover. Shake until all pieces are coated. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in resealable bag or airtight container.
