9 c. Chex cereals (wheat, rice, or corn)
1 c. semi sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Place cereal in large bowl; set aside. In small saucepan over low heat melt chocolate pieces, peanut butter and butter until smooth, stirring often. Remove from heat. Pour over cereal, stirring until pieces are evenly coated. Place cereal and sugar in resealable plastic bag. Shake until all pieces are well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in resealable plastic bag or other air tight container.
