MAIN LINE SPINACH SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh spinach
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
7 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
3 hard-cooked eggs, crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, diced
1 (12 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
1 (14 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained (optional)

Clean and trim spinach. Drain and break into bite-size pieces. Add remaining ingredients. Toss lightly with dressing just before serving.

To mix dressing, put ingredients in jar and shake well.
