BARBECUED CHICKEN 
SAUCE:

1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
Salt to taste

In skillet, brown slowly in 1/4 cup salad oil chicken cut-up. Place in baking dish. In skillet, add onion and celery, cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients simmer 15 minutes, skim off excess fat. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until done, basting 3-4 times.
