GRILLED FISH FILLETS WITH PASTA
SALAD
 
1 package grilled fillets, any flavor
2 cups uncooked tomato sauce (ingredients following)
3-4 oz bow tie pasta
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 oz crumbled feta cheese
1/8 cup sliced ripe olives

Uncooked Tomato Sauce Ingredients:

1 lb. canned diced tomatoes, well drained
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl, cover and let stand for 1 hour before tossing with the pasta. Prepare uncooked tomato sauce in another bowl.

Prepare fish according to package directions. In large bowl combine sauce, pasta, feta cheese and toss gently. Cut fish fillets into pieces and place on top of salad.

Makes 2 servings.
