1 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
2 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Kraft strawberry preserves

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in extract. Add flour, mix well. Shape level measuring tablespoons of dough into balls. Roll in nuts. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Indent centers. Fill with preserves. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 3 dozen.
