LORRAINE'S CHRISTMAS COOKIES | |
1 c. butter 4 tbsp. sifted confectioners sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 3 tsp. water 2 c. flour 1 c. chopped pecans or almonds Confectioners sugar (to roll cookies in) Cream butter, 4 tablespoons confectioners sugar, vanilla and water on medium speed. Slowly add flour and nuts. Shape small finger-length cookies and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Roll in confectioners sugar. Cool and roll again. |
