1 pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. peanut butter (creamy)
6 c. Kellogg's Crispix cereal
2 c. powdered sugar

In sauce pan, melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. In large bowl, pour mixture over cereal, gently tossing until well coated. Place powdered sugar in 1 gallon size storage bag. Add coated cereal to sugar, closing bag tightly. Gently shake bag until cereal is thoroughly coated with sugar. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
