EASY CHEESECAKE | |
Crust: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter until all moist, then press into spring-form pan. Note: To make crumbs, put two sleeves crackers into a blender or food processor and pulse. Filling: 3 eggs 1 cup dairy sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup sugar 2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened Mix eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract and sugar, then add softened cream cheese; mix until creamy, then pour into crust. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Refrigerate until chilled. |
