SAUSAGE MACARONI BAKE 
1 tbsp. oil
1 garlic clove
1 lg. onion, chopped
3/4 lb. sweet Italian sausage, cut in pieces
3 c. uncooked macaroni
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 tbsp. oregano
3 c. Cheddar cheese cubes

In skillet, in oil, saute chopped garlic. Remove and discard garlic. Add chopped onion in pan and saute until soft. Saute sausage pieces, remove, drain well. Cook macaroni, drain and cool with cold water.

Combine with other ingredients in casserole, along with tomatoes, oregano and Cheddar cheese. Stir well. Bake at 325 degrees until cheese is melted and browned, about 20 minutes.
