GREEN BEANS WITH CHEESE SAUCE 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. shredded American cheese
1 can green beans
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Melt in saucepan over low heat, 3 tablespoons butter. Add 3 tablespoons flour and brown. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, dash of pepper and 1 cup of milk. Stir constantly until mixture boils. Add 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Serve over hot green beans.
