CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI BAKE | |
3 oz. cream cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 sm. pkg. frozen broccoli 2 c. chicken cooked and cut up 2 tbsp. onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Blend cream cheese, soup, salt and pepper. Stir in cubed chicken, mixed with broccoli, onions and 1 cup cheese. Unroll 1 can crescent rolls on a cookie sheet, stretching the dough so the pan is covered. Press dough seams together. Spread mixture onto dough. Put other can of rolls on top pressing edges together and making sure seams are sealed. Bake until golden brown in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or so. Add remaining cheese to top and put back into oven until cheese is melted. |
