CAMPER'S FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant banana pudding mix
1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves, drained, juice reserved
3 bananas, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. seedless grapes (white or red) or substitute fresh diced pears

Combine pudding mix and apricot juice until smooth. Fold in bananas. Cut apricots in half and add to mixture. Add pineapple chunks and oranges. Fold in marshmallows, pecans and grapes. Chill for several hours before serving.
