APPLE BLUEBERRY CRISP 
1 pkg. blueberry muffin mix
1 (20 oz.) can sliced apples (no sugar)
Sweetener equal to 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drain blueberries, rinse. Mix blueberries, apples and sweetener, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spoon into ungreased 9x9x2 inch pan. Mix muffin mix, butter and nuts until crumbly; sprinkle over blueberry mixture. Bake until golden brown and blueberry mixture begins to bubble around edges, 30-40 minutes. Serve with diet topping. 6-8 servings.
