ZUCCHINI SOUP 
1 lb. zucchini, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. light cream
1 3/4 c. chicken broth or bouillon

Saute zucchini, onion and garlic in butter. Cover and cook slowly until zucchini is soft. Put into blender container and puree. Add to remaining ingredients in saucepan, simmer slowly about 10 minutes.
