BAKED HADDOCK 
1 1/2 lbs. haddock fillet
2 green peppers
1 onion
2 sticks celery
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
Salt & pepper to taste
Bread crumbs
Dot of butter
Chop peppers, onion and celery. In oblong baking dish, place haddock, peppers,
onion, celery, salt and pepper. Mix tomato soup with water and pour over
fish. Top with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Cover and bake at 350
degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
