LEMON BARS DELUXE 
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Sift flour and confectioners' sugar and cut in butter until mixture clings. Press in 9"x13"x2" pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees, until lightly browned.

Mix eggs, sugar, lemon juice, flour and baking powder and pour over baked crust. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes more. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Cut into 30 bars.
