BASIC PIZZA DOUGH 
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. yeast
3/4 c. warm water
Olive oil

TOPPINGS:

1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Onions
Green peppers
Pepperoni
Ground beef
Tomato sauce with oregano, garlic powder and pepper

Put flour into a warm bowl with salt. Put yeast into a small bowl and add the warm water. Allow to stand for 5 minutes, then mix until smooth. Pour the yeast mixture into the flour with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix with your hand to a stiff dough. Knead for 10 minutes on floured surface. Rub oil on the dough ball. Place in oiled bowl in a warm spot until it is doubled in size. Roll to 1/4 inch thickness. Brush with olive oil before adding toppings.
