CINNAMON ROLLS FROM SOUR DOUGH 
Spread in bottom of 3 pans:

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. chopped pecans

FILLING:

1 c. light brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter, room temperature
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Roll dough to 16 x 12 inch rectangle. Sprinkle filling evenly on top of dough. Roll up, jelly roll style, starting from one of the long sides. Slice into 1 inch thick slices and place in pans over topping. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.

Question: Since this is "sourdough" cinnamon rolls - do you let this rise - at the point following rolling up - OR after slicing and before baking? Have a new batch of sourdough - want to practice this ahead - for the holidays. Thanks.
