“CRANBERRY GLAZED SMOKED HAM” IS IN:

CRANBERRY GLAZED SMOKED HAM 
1 (8 to 10 lb) smoked ham
2 dozen long-stemmed whole cloves
1 (16 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar

Bake ham following directions on packaging.

Thirty minutes before the end of baking time, remove from oven. Pour off any fat that has accumulated in the bottom of the pan.

Using a sharp knife, score fat in a diamond or square shaped pattern. Stud with cloves and return ham to the baking pan. Mash cranberry sauce with a fork. Mix cranberry sauce with brown sugar.

Spread half of the cranberry mixture over ham.

Return ham to oven and bake for 30 minutes more, basting occasionally. Heat remaining cranberry mixture to serve over slices of ham.
