MARINATED VEGETABLES 
Carrots
Cherry tomatoes
Green olives
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Celery
Mus hrooms
Black olives
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 1/2 tsp. salt
3/8 tsp. garlic powder
2/3 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. sugar

Cut vegetables to desired size. Mix together well. Tastes better if left to marinate a few hours.
