MARINATED PORK | |
2 minced garlic cloves 1 c. vinegar or white wine 1/2 c. water 1 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. Mrs. Dash 2 tbsp. paprika 1 tsp. pepper 3 lb. fresh pork (in 2" cubes) 1 lb. pork or beef liver Marinade in refrigerator 24 hours and simmer until meat is tender. Thicken gravy with flour. Cook 1-2 hours until tender. Serves 8. |
