1 pkg. or 10 oz. frozen strawberries
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 baked pie shell

Place strawberries, sugar, egg whites, lemon juice and salt in large bowl of mixer. Beat at medium speed for 15 minutes or until mixture is stiff (holds shape). Whip cream and add vanilla. Fold into mixture. Shape high and fluffy in pie shell and chill.
