MEMPHIS STYLE RIBS 
3-5 lbs. of ribs

Marinate ribs overnight in: 1 c. lemon juice 20 drops Tabasco sauce Enough water to cover ribs

Mix spices below: 1 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. cumin 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. marjoram 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. thyme

Cook on grill until tender. Rub spices on both sides of ribs. Grill another 5 to 10 minutes.
