RHUBARB DESSERT 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, undrained
4 c. finely chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. strawberry Jello
1 c. fresh strawberries
Yellow cake mix
1 cube butter

Put pineapple in bottom of glass dish. Put the rhubarb over the pineapple. Mix sugar, cinnamon and Jello together; add to pineapple and rhubarb. Add the fresh strawberries. Over all the ingredients smooth the dry yellow cake mix. Slice the cube of butter and space evenly over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Great with whipped topping or ice cream.
