RHUBARB AND APPLE CRISP DESSERT 
3 c. apples
3 c. rhubarb
2 tbsp. cornstarch
4 c. bread cubes
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. cut up orange
1 c. melted butter

Pour melted butter over bread cubes. Mix part of cubes with other ingredients. Spray 12 x 14-inch baking pan with Pam. Top fruit with remaining cubes and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
