RHUBARB APPLE BAKE 
3 env. unflavored gelatin (3 tbsp. size)
2 cans (12 oz.) cream flavored diet beverage
2 med. apples (pared, cored & sliced)
2 c. sliced fresh or frozen rhubarb
Artificial sweetener to equal 1/2 c. sugar or to taste
1 tsp. apple pie spice
1/2 tsp. imitation butter flavoring

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a small saucepan soften gelatin in 1 cup diet beverage. Place over low heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add remaining beverage. Pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Add remaining ingredients. Bake about 40 minutes or until fruit is tender. Chill. Makes 4 servings. May top with low cal Cool Whip.
