RHUBARB OR APPLE CRISP 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. crushed graham crackers
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. rhubarb or apple
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water

Mix flour, oatmeal, crackers, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon until crumbly. Press 1/2 of mixture into pan. Save rest for top. Cook rest of ingredients until thick, pour over crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
