RHUBARB CRISP 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 lb. rhubarb, cut into 1/2" pieces (4 c.)
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water

Mix together 1 cup flour, oatmeal and brown sugar in large bowl. Stir in butter with fork to make a crumbly mixture; set aside. Combine rhubarb, sugar, 1/4 cup flour, cinnamon and water in 8 x 8 inch pyrex dish. Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes on high. Sprinkle oatmeal topping over rhubarb mixture. Do not cover and microwave for 8 minutes on high or until topping is golden and crusty and rhubarb is tender.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
