RHUBARB CRISP 
6 c. chopped rhubarb
1/2 - 2/3 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Combine rhubarb and sugar; sprinkle with salt. Place in a greased 9 x 13 inch microwave baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over rhubarb. Cook for 20 minutes on 100 percent in microwave, turning pan 3 times.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
