PLAIN WAFFLES 
6 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. cream soda

Start to heat waffle iron. Break eggs in large bowl and beat until light and foamy. Alternate adding dry ingredients and club soda; beat only until smooth. Pour batter in center; lower half of waffle iron about 1 inch from outside edge. Do not raise cover while waffle is baking. Allow to cook until steam stops coming from waffle iron, about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
