BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 (9-inch) prepared pie shell, baked and cooled
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli cuts
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings, divided
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. milk

Defrost broccoli in package on high 3 1/2 to 4 minutes in medium mixing bowl. In separate mixing bowl, combine eggs, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix thoroughly. Combine this mixture with broccoli. Place 1/2 of mixture, in baked pie shell, alternating with onion rings. Top with onion rings. Bake at 450°F 10 to 18 minutes or until done.
