CRANBERRY PIE CAKE | |
STEP 1: 2 c. fresh cranberries or frozen, uncooked 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. sugar STEP 2: 2 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 c. flour 3/4 c. butter, melted (measure melted) 1 tsp. vanilla Grease a 10-inch pie plate. Spread cranberries over the bottom and sprinkle with sugar and nuts. Beat eggs and mix with remaining ingredients. Pour over cranberries-nuts mixture. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 to 40 minutes. Good served with whipped cream! |
