CAPE COD CRANBERRY PIE | |
2 c. cranberries 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. chopped nuts 2 eggs, well beaten 1 c. flour 1/2 c. melted butter 1/4 c. melted shortening Spread cranberries in bottom of well greased pie plate. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and nuts. In bowl, beat eggs and remaining 1 cup of sugar. Beat in flour, butter and shortening. Pour over berries. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees until golden brown. |
