CHERRY CHEESE DESSERT 
Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

Mix together and press into a long pan.

Filling:

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Beat first four ingredients well with mixer. Spread this filling on top of first mixture and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes. When cool pour 1 can of cherry pie filling over it. Chill overnight in refrigerator.

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
