POTATOES CHANTILLY 
Potatoes
3 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
chopped parsley
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar

Peel potatoes, cut into strips, place in center of foil. Pour cream over, dot with butter, sprinkle with seasonings parsley and cheese. Place in shallow pan. Bake 350 degrees or 425 degrees for 40 minutes.
