BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Minute Rice
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 onion, diced
1/2 c. milk
Shredded cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli as directed - NO SALT. Last few minutes stir in rice which has been measured in the empty soup can. In separate pan melt Velveeta, cream of chicken soup, milk and onion. Drain broccoli and rice in colander. Mix broccoli and cheese mixture together. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
