PECAN GINGER SNAPS 
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cloves
4 tbsp. molasses
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger

Mix all ingredients together, mixing well. Take by teaspoon and roll in a ball; dip the cookie ball in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Place pecan on top of cookie while warm.
